A quick reminder for our valued members: UFRG withdrawal services are available Monday through Saturday (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Processing fees apply to each bank card withdrawal. We recommend accumulating a larger balance before making a withdrawal to minimize these fees. Please note that the finance department does not process withdrawals on weekends. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 72 hours; thank you for your patience.
